When placing an order at littlefwend.com your personal information will be collected. Little Fwend will handle all personal information in the strictest confidence. We only collect information about you to process your order and will never pass any personal details or order details to any other company other that for express purpose of delivering the purchased product requested. You have the right to view your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, Incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.
We only accept payments through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay with your credit card and be covered by Buyer Protection.
We ship out every Monday. Estimated delivery time 5-10 days.
Customs processing in your country can add to the delivery time.
VAT, TAX AND IMPORT DUTY
All customers outside of Norway are responsible for VAT, tax and import duty in their respective countries. Please contact your local customs authorities for further information for your particular country.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Little Fwend has a 14 days return policy from time of delivery. All you have to do is request a return authorization in our contact page. Make sure Little Fwend is returned to us in its original packaging in the exact condition in which it was received, accompanied with the return form.
If you request a refund, the purchase price excluding shipping charges will be refunded using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back in the exact condition in which it was received. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the items to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
Little Fwend is exchangeable into a different model. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY FWEND
If the item received is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item and ship a replacement to you free of charge. However, we still need to see the faulty item and authorize the return. We will refund this shipping cost when received and approved for replacement.
